Buenos dias amigos,
This week we will be learning how to give out telephone numbers, email addresses, and tell time. We will still be reviewing capitals and countries, and all our other basic questions such as "What's your name?", "How are you?" "Where are you from?" and all the other expressions that we have been practicing since September for our quizzes this week on Tuesday and Friday, such as the verb to be, pronouns, and capitals and countries.
Monday (lunes) - finish the dialogs with your partner. If you are out, you will finish it by yourself and all dialogs will be collected. Page 11v in packet for class work and homework is pages 3a and 6v plus study for your expressions quiz tomorrow.
Tuesday (martes) - Review with brainstorming questions, review 3a and 6v, expressions quiz plus the verb to be and pronouns. Homework is the calendario for octubre. The pictures are 8 halloween items, labeled in Spanish and in color
Wednesday (miercoles) - Review, calendar homework, phone, email, and time questions, and use clocks to go over time. Homework is page 5a only number 12, all of 7v, exercises 25 and 26 on 9v.
Thursday (jueves) - Go over homework after warm up review, partners work with individual clocks orally, written clock time on worksheets. Homework -new packet- pages 6a and 8v. Probable quiz tomorrow on time, telephone, and emails.
Friday (viernes) - Warm up clock strips, number review, go over homework, quiz on the verb to be, pronouns again, time, phones and emails. No homework over the weekend.
This is a fairly solid schedule, however it can be subject to change and I will post the changes that night for the next day.
Gracias, Senora Schneider
